In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Data Protection Law"), Coastoil Dynamic crosses the following privacy notice available to you regarding the handling of your personal data.

1. Responsible for the information

COASTOIL DYNAMIC S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter "Coastoil Dynamic" ) with address at Miguel de Mendoza, number 84, Merced Gómez, Álvaro Obregón Delegation, Mexico City, Zip Code 01600, is responsible for collecting your personal data, the use given to them, and their protection in terms of the provisions of the Data Protection Law. 2. Purposes of personal data use

Coastoil Dynamic, in accordance with the Data Protection Law, informs you that the processing of the personal data provided will be that which is necessary for the following purposes:

  • To provide the services you have requested or in which you were interested in acquiring, and/or to market other products or services offered by Coastoil Dynamic.

  • To inform about products or services offered by Coastoil Dynamic.

  • To analyze possible negotiations or the execution of contracts.

  • To evaluate the quality of the products and services offered by Coastoil Dynamic.

  • To comply with requirements made to Coastoil Dynamic by government authorities.

  • To update the databases of the Human Capital department of Coastoil Dynamic.

  • To update the emergency contact list of Coastoil Dynamic employees.

  • To enforce compliance with obligations contracted with Coastoil Dynamic, as well as obligations derived from your contractual relationship with Coastoil Dynamic.

  • In general, any other purpose permitted by the Data Protection Law.

3. Data to be obtained

For the aforementioned purposes, Coastoil Dynamic may collect your personal data in different ways, whether provided directly by you, personally, via telephone, electronically, and/or when we obtain information through other sources permitted by the Law.

The personal data that Coastoil Dynamic may request are the following: name, nationality, address, marital status, Federal Taxpayer Registry number (in your case), email address, fixed phone number, cell phone number, age, names of family members, landlines and mobile phones of the latter, place of birth, gender, unique Population Registry Code (C.U.R.P.), Professional License number, address, occupation, academic training and work experience.

Coastoil Dynamic does not collect sensitive personal data from users. However, should the case arise, the express written consent of the data subject will be obtained for its processing, and the company will commit to:

  • (i)

    Justify at all times the storage of said sensitive data.

  • (ii)

    Treat them under the strictest security measures and absolute confidentiality.

  • (iii)

    Obtain your express written consent, in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of the Data Protection Law.

4. Security measures

Coastoil Dynamic, as responsible for the processing of your personal data, guarantees their proper use as well as their protection and confidentiality. To these ends, it has established administrative, technical and physical security measures to comply with the applicable regulatory provisions and the company's internal policies.

5. Exercise of Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO Rights)

We inform you that at any time you may exercise your ARCO rights and/or revoke the consent you have granted us for the processing of your personal data. To learn about the procedures, requirements and deadlines, you can contact us via email at privacy.notice@coastoildynamic.com.

Within a maximum period of 50 days from the receipt of the request, we will address your request and inform you about its admissibility via an email to the address provided.

6. Data transfers

Your personal data may be transferred and processed inside and outside the country, by (i) Coastoil Dynamic, (ii) at the request of government authorities, as well as (iii) in the cases mentioned in Article 37 of the Data Protection Law. The third-party recipient will assume the same obligations corresponding to Coastoil Dynamic. If you do not agree with the transfer, you may apply what is established in the point above.

7. Use of cookies

The information obtained through this website is stored by means of "cookies" to improve the user experience. Cookies can be deleted, accepted or blocked by configuring your web browser. Consider that certain parts of our website may not function correctly if they are not accepted.

8. Consent

The data subject shall be deemed to consent to the processing of their personal data if they do not express their refusal to do so through the contact links referred to in this Privacy Notice.

9. Modifications to the privacy notice

Coastoil Dynamic reserves the right to make any modification it deems appropriate to this privacy notice to adapt it to new legislative provisions, internal policies, or new requirements of the company.
